• Applicable Equipment: Gantry cranes, overhead bridge cranes, bridge girder launchers/erection machines, port ship loaders, and portal cranes.
• Steel Grades: Q235B, Q345B/Q355B, S355JR, ASTM A36 / A572 Grade 50, or client-specified standards.
• Fabrication Capacity: Heavy plate cutting and bending up to 50mm+ thickness; large-span box girders, truss structures, and precision-machined connection flanges.
• Welding & Standards: Certified to AISC, EN 1090 (CE), and CWB. Welds comply with AWS D1.1 / EN ISO 15614 standards, with 100% NDT (UT/MT) inspection on key load-bearing joints.
• Trial Pre-Assembly: 100% factory trial assembly before dispatch to verify geometry, camber, and bolt-hole alignment, minimizing on-site installation time.
• Surface Treatment: Sandblasting to Sa 2.5 standard, followed by high-performance epoxy zinc-rich primer and polyurethane topcoat, or hot-dip galvanizing for severe marine environments.

Export Packaging & Logistics:

• Custom heavy-duty steel cradles, skid-mounted bundles, and anti-abrasion wrapping.
• Optimized for 40' OT/FR containers or breakbulk vessel loading directly from Qingdao Port.
